Refund policy

For the product return process, the following causes must occur to proceed: 

• Box without unit or empty
• Violated Security Seal
• Laboratory imperfection in the product Deciduous
• Viscosity almost like water 
• Lump presentation 
• Unpleasant odor presentation

Proceeding any of the above causes, the warranty claim is direct with the seller who made the sale for immediate replacement.
